Tim kisses him and touches his chin just so, and Matt is left with elation and satisfaction as the other does so. He kisses back, soft and kind, and moves his arms so they wrap around Tim completely. As much as he can with his wounds, anyway.
Matt does, though, gently move his thumbs along the other's back wherehe holds them. Still reminding Tim that he's here. Still reminding Tim that all of the comfort and safety of Matt pulling him into his arms would never stop.
He stares at the ceiling, gaze unmoving, still hugging the other as he speaks.
"Tomorrow," he says idly, "I'm making quiche lorraine. I think it's safe to say it's been a Night for both of us."
